Cancellation Policy: - 

• More than 45 days prior to the day of the tour – No cancellation charge. Deposit and all funds fully refunded. 

• Less than 45 days prior to the day of the tour 25% cancellation charge to deposit. Unless the guest finds a replacement.    

• Less than 21 days prior to the day of the tour 50% cancellation charge to deposit.  Unless the guest finds a replacement.    

• Less than 9 days prior to the day of the tour 100% cancellation charge this includes deposit.  Unless the guest finds a replacement.    

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any vacation departure for any reason, including insufficient participants. If a vacation is canceled due to non-participation, Experiencing Egypt Travel will refund the amount we have received from guests. An attempt to rebook the same vacation with a different departure date, or a similar vacation will be made. Where Experiencing Egypt Travel has confirmed flights, an attempt will be made to confirm air schedules for the selected new dates, subject to availability. Experiencing Egypt Travel cannot assume responsibility for any additional costs or any fees relating to the issuance and/or cancellation of air tickets or other travel arrangements not made through Experiencing Egypt Travel.

• 30% of trip cost will be on posted date. 

• First half of trip cost DUE 60 days before travel 

• Remaining balance due 45 days prior to departure date.
